'Au Contraire #5' exhibits photographic positions which, following the name-giving concept, are only apparently characterized by contrasts. Via the manifold different approaches to societal and political topics, a platform thus arises for discussion, for dialogue about commonalities and differences and, not least, about attitudes to photography. ‘Au Contraire’ found its commencement as part of Photoszene Festival 2016 and has been taking place in an alternating line-up since then.
